Membership FAQs
- What is the duration of Forma membership?
- Forma follows a rolling renewal cycle. Membership lasts for one year from the join or renew date and will automatically renew unless the member opts out.
- What is the membership dues refund policy?
- Refunds for membership must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date and are granted at the discretion of Lifelong Learning at Virginia Theological Seminary. No refunds will be given after 7 days. To request a refund, please contact [email protected].
- Who do I contact if I have questions?

- Do I have to use the dues rate guidelines?
- No. In selecting your membership dues payment rate, we hope you'll make a prayerful decision that generously honors the work of Forma and also aligns with your budget. The additional guidelines are just suggestions. We'd rather you join at the rate of $39.99 than not join at all!
- Can I purchase memberships for formation leaders in my diocese/region?
- Yes, but not directly. The Forma Space runs on Mighty Networks, which is set up for individual memberships. It does not offer memberships with multiple users, The best way to purchase a membership for more than one person is to provide reimbursement of the Forma membership dues.
