Forma | A Ministry of Lifelong Learning celebrates, equips, supports, and connects leaders who form followers of Jesus.

Core Values

Formation: We equip the saints for ministry by forming Christian leaders who will shape the Church.

Networking: We connect individuals and organizations for the sharing of work, wisdom, and community.

Collaboration: We partner with formation leaders, our members, dioceses, and mission-aligned organizations to accomplish our mission.

Advocacy: We actively work for the advancement of lifelong, holistic, Christian formation across the Episcopal Church and advocate for justice in the vocation of Lay professionals.

Vision

To be a courageous voice for Christian formation professionals, funding, and pedagogy within the Episcopal Church so that formation leaders are equipped to form and transform disciples of Jesus to live out their Baptismal covenant.
